| Prudential Clean Room Services Phase one expansion of several clean room areas for Prudential Clean Room Services in Commerce, CA., includes class 10,000, class 10, and class 1 clean rooms, installation of new Braun 450LB capacity washer, new 600Lb capacity dryer, and new automatic folding machine. Expansion completed during normal working hours without interruption of production. KTEC Cleanroom Services in Texas supplied the modular walls, ceiling panels, & hardware for completion of the project. | Pharmavite Tennant improvements and construction of new room for installation of a Basket Wash System. The large washer unit weighed 5,000 LBS and was installed in a concrete pit. New structural work was completed to meet city codes. Construction included new office space and completion of a mezzanine. | WePackItAll Phase two of complete build out for WePackIt All in the city of Duarte. Construction of 20 temperature-controlled packaging rooms and 3 temperature/humidity-controlled rooms. The production areas are all under positive air pressure and with 3 separate dust collection and filtration systems.
