Southwest Offset Printing is the West Coast facility for printing and distribution of the New York Times.  Multiple projects including new 50,000 SF. ground up construction of print building housing (2) new state of the art Heidelberg and Dauphin color printing presses.

Stauffer's Bakery

Stauffer’s is best recognized for its original animal crackers but the company also produces a variety of crackers and cookies.  Construction included adding 30 Ft. high insulated walls to isolate the cookie cooling area, new equipment mezzanine above office area for air handlers, and redesigned HVAC to effectively cool the area.

Dayton Superior

Dayton Superior International is the leading single-source provider of concrete accessories.  Build out of over 200,000 SF. distribution and production facilities including an injection molding line of 12 initial machines and 143,656 SF. new manufacturing.

Adams Rite Aerospace

Adams Rite Aerospace (ARA) designs and manufactures a wide variety of custom-engineered components and systems for the aerospace industry.  Completed a design build of a 4,800 SF Mezzanine and freight elevator for storage of manufacturing parts.

Northstar Chemical

Northstar Chemical Incorporated transports and delivers bulk corrosive chemicals.  Completed installation of new chemical storage tank farm, railroad spur, and truck weigh scales.

Robinson Pharma

Robinson Pharma, Inc. is a full-service contract manufacturer of soft-gels, tablets, capsules, powders, and liquids.  Completed 80,000 SF interior build out of blending, encapsulation lines, and production areas.

AURO Pharmacy

Auro Pharmacy is a leading compounding pharmacy in Orange County.  Construction of multiple clean-rooms, laboratories, equipment mezzanine, and new elevator.

Simpson Strong Tie

Simpson Strong-Tie  Simpson Strong-Tie is the global leader in structural product solutions.  Complete build out of their new 419,000 S.F. facility on a 19 acre site.  The new build-out included 49,000 S.F. of new office area with large conference area for training and 105,000 S.F. of manufacturing.

Whitter Law School Moot Court

Whittier Kiesel Advocacy Center  Offers students a practice courtroom for real trials. The custom high end finishes construction included a new 4,400 S.F. expanded moot court, judges quarters, jury deliberation room, associated hallways, and entrance. The new facility moot court provides 134 students seating with voice and data at each chair.
